Tyler Robinson was formally charged with felony aggravated murder in the killing of Charlie Kirk, Utah County Attorney Jeff Gray announced. The 22-year-old was charged with seven counts, including obstruction of justice and witness tampering.

Gray said he will file a notice of intent to seek the death penalty. Robinson is being held without bail.
