Hi friends!

It's good to be back in the kitchen after my trip to Tanzania. My garden was absoluetly bursting with goodies so I quickly made a Shakshuka with my heirloom tomatoes and bell peppers. I whipped up three different salsas to stock our fridge with all the tomatillos we had: I made this roasted tomato salsa and then used Salty Cocina's recipes for roasted tomatillo salsa and salsa taquera. Yum!
