EDITOR'S NOTE

As soon as we feel the tiniest twinge of crispness in the air, our editors are ready to whip out the pumpkin spice candles (and no, we’re not crazy for it). In honor of being a little over a month out from the first official day of fall, here’s everything sitting in our editors’ carts:

• A brightly colored muffin pan…because baking season is almost here.

• Unfortunately, the printed jorts one writer has fallen victim to.

• A thick tank top for layering underneath cardigans (which also has built-in snaps to keep your bra straps in place).

• The sweatpant jeans we raved about last year that now come in petite and tall lengths.

• Loafer mules under $90 for comfortable commute shoes you don’t have to swap.
