Dear Oak Hill Families,
We hope that you all had a fun summer! With the start of school quickly approaching, we wanted to share some important action items, information, and links that will ensure a successful school year. Please carefully read all points below.
We are looking forward to seeing all K-6 graders and PAC at Open House on Friday, August 15th!
10:00-10:45 am: Last names A-K (Meet the teacher)
10:45-11:15 am: New Family Orientation (Cafeteria)
11:15-12:00 pm: Last Names L-Z (Meet the teacher)
*You can also drop of your supplies at this time, as well as turn any medications (with forms) in to the school health aide.
Preschool (ECCB) and Pre-Kindergarten will have their Open House on August 20th.

ParentVue- Submit attendance, access your student’s grades, test scores, bus route, etc. Please contact Katherine Dillard for a ParentVue Activation Key at kjdillard1@fcps.edu.

Talking Points- Oak Hill teachers and staff use the Talking Points app to communicate with families.

Free and Reduced Priced Meal Plans- Students who qualify for reduced priced meals will receive breakfast and lunch at no cost. You must re-apply every year.

Breakfast and Lunch Menus: Information regarding meals served at school and specific ingredients are found on the FCPS Food and Nutrition website. There is also a link in the bottom of the Wolfpack Weekly.

MySchoolBucks- You will be able to add money to your lunch account for days when your student would like to purchase a cookie, pretzel or to experience school lunch. You’ll also be able to pay for field trips, instrument rentals, library fees for lost books, etc.

Oak Hill Elementary- Sign up for FCPS News You Choose to ensure you receive our Wolfpack Weekly emails and announcements. Check out the Oak Hill PTA website if you are interested in volunteering, supporting our students and teachers, and bringing enriching events to our school.

Attendance Reporting If your student will be absent from school, please let us know! Use Parent Vue or email us at oakhilles.attendance@fcps.edu

Here Comes the Bus app – Bus stop place and times will be sent in August. It will take the app about 48 hours to update after you receive transportation information.
