EDITOR’S NOTE 

Happy Sunday. The Parent Trap and The Devil Wears Prada (more on that below) aren’t the only formative millennial movies I’ve been thinking about this week. In case you missed it, Clueless recently turned 30 (yes, we’re old). So to mark the milestone, here are a few contemporary trends I firmly believe would make it into the single greatest closet of all time:

• This easy, breezy, cool girl-coded dress — aka “Summer’s Ultimate Wardrobe Hero.”

• The designer bag that defined the 2010s is seemingly on the verge of a very big comeback. (Yes, I still dream of owning it).

• Every item from Margot Robbie’s effortlessly chic, “I summer in Europe” vacation wardrobe, starting with the “miniest mini dress.”

• Forget head-to-toe white — this unexpected shade suddenly has a chokehold on stylish people everywhere (great news for those of us who can’t make it through a meal without spilling).

• Finally, while these intensely frilly nightgowns are selling out left and right (shocked is an understatement), I have a feeling Cher Horowitz would say, “Ugh! As if.”
