Custom fields are great, but we see that there's a lot of using dozens and dozens of custom fields in your projects and processes. This ends up looking something like this, but far worse: 

 

Honestly, this can get pretty difficult to work with as you scale up the number of fields, as you need to scroll down to find the right field.

 

So we're fixing this problem by introducing the ability to create color-coded folders for keeping your custom fields organized.

 

For instance, you can create custom field folders for:

 

  • Key customer information: name, email, phone number, address, notes
  • Financial information: proposal amount, costs, margin %, profit & loss, sales commission
