As we move up in the ladder, Strategic Thinking is the key and IIMB’s program is well designed and extensively covered to cater these needs. Topics like understanding competitive advantage, transformational leadership, leadership styles, understanding and interpreting business model, decision making styles etc are well covered through several case studies. The classes were more interactive and engaged v/s theoretical. Further MOOC course on Managing Innovation was eye opening for me and easy to implement in organizations.
