The County Board will consider strategic amendments to Arlington's sign regulations at its regular meeting on July 19, 2025. The proposed amendments would apply primarily to Arlington’s commercial districts. Coupled with consideration of impacts and benefits to the broader public and to the County’s economic well-being, these amendments align with the goals of the County’s Commercial Market Resiliency Initiative (CMRI): modernizing Arlington’s regulations and processes to ensure a nimbler response to economic shifts.
