Recognizing this, it smartly starts by focusing on the big picture. This isn’t the traditional perspective framer but accomplishes the same goal. | | Again, they focus on what makes them unique, which works more to show the potential market and who would choose to purchase this over alternatives. | | | | StartEngine’s $30M Surge — Own a Piece Before June 26 | | Private markets are having a moment, thanks to companies like StartEngine. | The leading alternative investing platform is helping everyday investors like you access deals once reserved for VCs and insiders, including exposure to private market titans like OpenAI, Databricks, and Perplexity.¹ | How’s it going? In Q1 2025, StartEngine pulled off $30M in revenue, its biggest quarter ever (based on unaudited financials).² | But StartEngine isn’t just a middleman. The company earns 20% carried interest on select pre-IPO offerings, unlocking value for shareholders when these deals succeed.³ | How can you tap into this diversification play? By investing in StartEngine. | StartEngine has crowdfunded $85M+ to date, and you can join 45K+ shareholders before the company’s current round closes on June 26. | Invest in StartEngine | Reg A+ via StartEngine Crowdfunding, Inc. No BD/intermediary involved. Investment is speculative, illiquid & high risk. See OC and Risks on page. | | Here we finally get to the problem, but it continues to narrow down the target market. We all know that VPN’s exist and that they are a billion-dollar market. This deck is about showing who would want to use a specific type of VPN they are building. | | Now we dive into the VPNs that this subset of users that the company will be targeting is currently using. This is a very powerful deck that I like, but it is definitely not in the standard format. I wanted to share it because, with the rise of AI, there are more people building products like this that are aiming to serve a subset of an existing market so this type of deck is likely to become more common. | | One criticism I have here is that the subset isn’t strategic enough. If you are building something like this, then you need to be thinking about all the possible markets that it could serve. I see this making sense for families with children (regardless of religion), overseas workers and religious people. There is so much more here than what the deck is pitching. | | Would you invest based on this deck? | | | Learn AI in 5 minutes a day | What’s the secret to staying ahead of the curve in the world of AI?
