06/11-08/15 Summer Vacation
If you would like to share information about your child that we can take into consideration when creating classes for the 2025-2026 school year, please take a few moments to answer the questions below. Please do not request specific teachers, as changes in personnel may occur and classes may also be impacted by increase/decrease in enrollment. It is also far more valuable to share your child’s academic or behavioral information. Completion of this google form is optional. Please submit this survey by Thursday, July 3, 2025. You may also email Mrs. Badia directly at icbadia@fcps.edu. Printed copies of the survey are also available in the main office.
