| The Federal Trade Commission on Thursday approved Giant Eagle selling its GetGo gas stations to Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. The proposed $1.57 billion acquisition includes 270 retail fuel outlets from grocery store chain Giant Eagle, Inc. To resolve antitrust concerns, the FTC said Couche-Tard must divest 35 gas stations, which will be acquired by Majors Management, LLC. |
