You can book viewings through our website and you will also be able to find all legal documents and details relating to each lot. 

Registering to bid

If you are intending to bid in our 2 July auction, you need to have registered on our website by 5pm on Tuesday 1 July. This is to give us time to let you know if we need any further details or to approve you to bid, which will be confirmed by email.

If you were approved for bidding in any of our previous auctions, this time you simply need to add the lots you are planning on bidding on without waiting for our team to approve. If you need any help please email bidding@savills.com.

Still inviting instructions for our 22 July auction

We are still inviting final instructions for the second of two auctions we are holding in July. This will take place on Tuesday 22 July, with the catalogue due out in just over a weeks time. With over 180 lots already included, many of which are already live a preliminary lots, it promises to be another busy sale. View preliminary lots here.

If this auction is too soon, we are holding two additional auctions over the summer on 30 July and 19 August, for which we are already taking instructions.
