The suspect in the D.C. shooting that left two Israeli Embassy staffers dead was charged with murder of foreign officials and two counts of first-degree murder.

District police identified the lone suspect as Elias Rodriguez, a 31-year-old Chicago resident, who they say shouted "Free, free Palestine" while in custody.
