Everyone who makes sneakers wishes that they had made Miu Miu’s New Balance 530. This is the rare shoe so influential that, two years later, it’s become downright epochal. But the distinguishing factor here is that the low-top imitators who’ve followed are all (or at least almost all) admirably stylish.
