£50m sold in 13 & 14 May auction
Our 13 & 14 May auction achieved £50m on the fall of the hammer, this brings our total so far this year to £350m. View the full results of the sale here.
Highlights of the sale included a freehold former social club in Hounslow (Lot 214) which sold prior to auction for approximately double its £2.5m guide price. Elsewhere a shop and residential investment in Crouch End (Lot 208) achieved £970,000, almost quarter of a million above its guide. A terraced house in Shepherds Bush (Lot 54) sold for £1,010,000 almost doubling its guide price on the fall of the hammer. Further highlights can be viewed below.
