Vision Galveston presents the Bioswale in a Bag in-person workshop for informal educators at Marmo Plaza in Galveston, Texas. What is in a Bioswale in a Bag? It is a portable, customizable, easy-to-clean, and easy-to-store educational tool to demonstrate how green infrastructure can improve stormwater volume and quality. This FREE workshop will cover the concepts behind green infrastructure, how to use Bioswale in a Bag to teach about nature-based solutions, and distribution of Bioswale in a Bag models to attendees (1 per organization). Spots are limited. Register by June 6, 2025.

Learn about Colorado Climate Literacy Resources - CO
Join us to learn about the latest research with scientists and educators who focus on Colorado ecosystems and communities. We will hear from a variety of experts - including Western Slope and NOAA scientists and educators at CEEE, CLEAN (the Climate Literacy, Energy, and Awareness Network), and Science on a Sphere. We will focus on water resources and wildfire risk, with all workshop content tied to the CDE Science Standards and NGSS.

The Taiwan Ocean Conservation Administration and Global Environmental Education Partnership invite young people (ages 15–30) everywhere to propose an innovative solution that addresses a marine conservation issue! The 2025 Youth Innovation Challenge explores how we can address marine issues and support people of all ages to be engaged stewards to protect marine environments. We're looking for solutions that are informed by research, feasible, innovative, and address one of this year's key topics using environmental education.
