Rhode Island is staring down a health care crisis on multiple fronts: There aren’t enough primary care providers, our hospitals facing steep financial challenges, and uncertainty from the federal government looms over everything.
On May 28, we’re holding a special Rhode Map Live event to discuss the path forward for our state. We would like to invite you to attend.
My colleague Alexa Gagosz and I will be moderating a panel discussion with Rhode Island Attorney General Peter Neronha, Brown Health President and CEO John Fernandez, Care New England President and CEO Dr. Mike Wagner, and Maura Iversen, the dean of the College of Health & Wellness at Johnson & Wales University.
The event will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at CIC Providence on Dyer Street. When you sign up, you can also submit a question for the panel.
We’re looking forward to seeing you.
🤔 So you think you're a Rhode Islander...
