Ever since I created Agency Clarity, it’s been a bit of a mess getting everything organized and making sure everyone has the proper access.
I’m finally organized.
Today, I’ll give you a breakdown of what it all looks like and what I’ll be building going forward.

The Cost of Change
Before I get into the details, I want to start with a quick rant about how messy these things can be.
As entrepreneurs, we can trick ourselves into thinking that everyone else has it all figured out and that when other people make big moves, it all happens smoothly.
This isn’t the case.
No matter what you’re doing or who you are, any time you want to make big changes, it will be messy. I’m personally working on a multi-million dollar account where big changes are being made, and even at that scale, change always brings some chaos.
My experience with Agency Clarity has been no different. I had a lot of false starts, confusion, and messy execution in getting everything organized. But I’m grateful to be writing this now, if for no other reason than to solidify it all in my mind.
Let’s break it down.
The Inner Circle
When I first started The Launchpad, I “gifted” all my Substack subscribers with access. I figured I would make my Substack completely free and delete the community. But to my surprise, a lot of people still wanted the paid Substack access and the community chat, even without the courses.
So I brought The Inner Circle back. You can now purchase a Substack subscription and get access to the chat.
Note: The original Substack community included courses, but all of those courses have been moved to The Launchpad. That part of The Inner Circle has been removed.
Even so, there will still be V.I.P. content and community.
The Launchpad
The Launchpad is the first tier in my membership. When it’s finished, it will include three courses:
Google Business Agency
Building Directories
Building Newsletters
So far, I have about 240 members, and the community is gaining a lot of traction. The presale has gone on longer than I expected, but I’m close to wrapping up the first course. I have about five more lessons to record to finish the Google Business course, then I’ll move on to the directory course.
When everything is finished, the program will be $1000. Right now, it’s $697.
I’m really happy with it. I’m slowly building a team and creating a real business around this. It will take time, simply because the vast majority of my time is still spent on my three clients with Quantum Leads.
But I’m in a good place with it, and I’m excited about what’s to come.
The Sales Training
This is the premier product in Agency Clarity. The Sales Training is designed for people who already have some success with their agency and need to learn how to get more clients.
This program consists of one course (which isn’t published yet) and weekly sales training sessions.
Right now, early bird access is $2500, but when it’s finished, it will be $5000.
I have a long way to go here. I wanted to have a few lessons done by now, but a family emergency brought us to Plymouth, Massachusetts, to see my wife’s family, which caused a delay.
Either way, we’re building a strong community of high-level salespeople, and it’s something I feel really good about.
Quantum Leads
Even now, 90% of my time is spent working on my agency. This will always be the case.
I’m in a different place now. I don’t have the desire to build a big company. Instead, I’m only working with clients where I see an opportunity for big growth. I only have three clients, and I’m extremely focused on them.
It’s a new feeling to not be obsessed with closing more deals and instead be obsessed with providing 10X results for the people I’m currently working with.
I’m happy.
After writing this, I’m realizing I wrote this for myself more than I wrote it for you. It’s a weight off my mind to have everything finally organized and my team focused on what’s most important.
