Dear Cardinal Families,

We are thrilled to share some wonderful news with you all! Our very own 3rd grade teacher, Ms. Lauren Drew, has been recognized as the FCPS Region 1 CARES recipient for December and January and we hosted a celebration in her honor. This award celebrates educators who go above and beyond for their students and our community, and it's a true testament to Ms. Drew's dedication, passion, and commitment to our children.

A huge thank you to the parent who nominated Ms. Drew for this well-deserved recognition. We encourage all families to consider nominating any staff member who has made a positive impact on your child or your family. The FCPS CARES program provides a wonderful opportunity to express our gratitude and celebrate the remarkable individuals who dedicate themselves to our children's education. Let's continue to celebrate the amazing work happening at Cunningham Park!
