Happy Friday my fellow chefs,

This week has been all about meals that can last multiple days in the fridge. We're cooking on a budget in this economy so my family has enjoyed this three bean salad for lunch and a lasagna al pesto for dinner. We like to mix up the sides so the leftovers don't get boring.
