I've run Perfect Hair Health for 10+ years. In my experience, those who succeed on their hair growth journey are the ones who also experience the least friction. Whether that's getting a hair loss diagnosis, putting together a plan, accessing treatments, making adjustments based on data, finding the right partners for support, or having accountability.

I built The Concierge Program to minimize all friction, every step of the way.

The program is a partnership between the two of us. It gives us the flexibility to refine your plan as we learn what works for you. And it's the perfect option for anyone who want to improve their hair, and who's ready to put themselves in the best position for success (with a huge amount of one-on-one guidance).

The goal is to save you time, money, and the frustration of trying to manage all of this yourself. It’s the model I wish had existed years ago. And for the first time, I can finally offer it.

Here’s what’s included:

• An onboarding call & monthly private calls with me. We’ll go through your hair, health, & scalp history, review previous treatments, and build a plan around your goals and preferences. Then we’ll follow your progress together.
• A physician overseeing your medical care. Your physician will help with your diagnosis, assess which prescriptions are appropriate, and guide medical decisions throughout the program.
• Up to 4 Ulo products PER MONTH, delivered to your door. We’ll select these together, with flexibility to adjust products, doses, and formulations as needed and approved by your physician. You'll even get access to specialty Ulo formulations not yet offered publicly - like liposomal topicals - if appropriate for your case.
• A hair microscope, included at no additional cost. We’ll send you a device to capture detailed scalp images, helping your physician refine the assessment and giving us another way to monitor your hair changes.
• A personal portal & support between calls. Your history, photos, treatments, and check-ins stay in one place. And the Ulo team is available between our conversations to help with questions and next steps.

If you run into side effects, we’ll help work through the alternatives. If your routine is difficult to maintain, we’ll look at how to simplify it. If you’re tolerating things well and want to pursue bigger hair gains, we’ll evaluate what makes sense and then take action - with the oversight of a licensed doctor every step of the way.

You don’t need to commit to a particular product before joining. You’re committing to the process, with us guiding it.

The goal is to work closely together over roughly six months and get you established on a sustainable protocol. Your hair may continue improving beyond that point, but once you’re comfortable with your plan, we can discuss moving into monitoring and/or treatment bundles for longer-term savings.

The Concierge Program has two tiers for support:

• Concierge: everything above, with my personal support during our scheduled monthly calls (and the Ulo team supporting you between calls).
• Concierge + Direct Phone Access: everything above, plus the ability to text or call me directly between your appointments (& same-day responses).

But they're also priced in such a way to actually save you from the financial costs of self-experimentation - including buying 4+ Ulo products separately (up to $350 per month)... and that's without any 1:1 calls or support from me.

Candidly, this will probably be the only time I offer these tiers at these prices. In the future, I'll either add other hair coaches, or double the prices.
