During the year-long Evidential Mediumship Academy — Essentials Training, will it become clear to me exactly how I receive information? For example, through audio, feeling, or sensing?

Yes. You’ll examine different styles of mediumship and analyze the merits of each as you develop an awareness of your own style and ability.

If a medium accidentally gave incorrect information, wasn’t it partly the spirit’s responsibility to give correct information? 

Your role as medium is to serve as a conduit for accurate evidential communication with the spirit world. During the program, you’ll come to understand why it’s the spirit world that needs to provide the information — not the recipient/sitter or the medium. You’ll learn how to receive communication and avoid the temptation to “make it fit,” so you can avoid relaying incorrect information.

Is there an optimum age for this certificate program?

We welcome students of all ages who feel called to become an effective evidential medium who compassionately serves those on both sides of the veil.

How does one know this is their true calling?

Look within and allow your intuition to tell you what’s true. Do you long to maximize your potential to do good and create profound change in the lives of others? Becoming a medium who skillfully blends and establishes direct communication with departed loved ones and wise guides is a profound, deeply fulfilling spiritual mission and life purpose. If you decide to join us, you’ll also spend time at the beginning of the program examining your pre-birth plan — and discerning whether or not you’re following it as you develop your mediumship.

Is it common to have several life callings at once? I’m also a channel, reader, and quantum-touch healer. 

Your mediumship journey can certainly unfold alongside your existing skills and callings. During the program, we’ll share various styles and methods to complement your unique strengths and enhance your existing skills.

How involved will Suzanne Giesemann be in this training?

Each month, one of your four weekly sessions will be with Suzanne, featuring her reflections and insights on your monthly teachings, mentorship, and Q&A. 

Why does it appear that more women are drawn to mediumship than men?

Women can often be more open to their sensitive and intuitive natures. However, people of all genders can become skilled evidential mediums.

Some people have been significantly wounded in childhood, which often causes that person to create a false self to protect the true self. Separating the true self from the false self is necessary to serve effectively as a spiritual medium. How will you address this self-healing in the program?

Self-healing is essential and should happen as you get to know yourself more deeply and understand that you’re a spark of the Divine, as we all are. This will be a key part of the program.

With my mediumship comes a great deal of anxiety — is that common?

Absolutely, because mediumship is largely based on trust. The more knowledge and experience you acquire, the less stressed you’ll feel.

Will we develop psychic abilities naturally through this program?

Yes, you’ll develop psychic skills through knowledge and practice.

Will the mentorship groups be organized by skill level?

Yes.

Are you planning on sharing how to create a business plan within the program?

Not within the program itself. However, ask your mentor about this, or our program manager, CarolAnne — they’ll have tips on creating one.

Will class sessions be recorded? I spend a great deal of time traveling around the world and will not always be available.

After each online class (including Suzanne Giesemann’s Master Practitioner sessions), digital video will be available to stream in a high-quality format. You’ll never have to worry about missing a session, and you can watch them anytime at your convenience.

How will this program help with my spiritual development?

You’ll learn how to activate your internal power sources, bridging the gap between self and spirit. Your teachers and mentors will guide you to develop and refine your soul’s specific faculties, powers, and capacities to enhance spirit communication.
