At Trianglen in Copenhagen, Coffee Collective has opened the doors to its newest coffee bar with our Hoelgaard kitchen at the heart of the space. Crafted in solid oak, the open kitchen brings warmth and tactility into the café while creating a functional workspace for countless cups of coffee, conversations and busy mornings.
From the choice of material to the smallest details, it is made to become part of the daily rhythm, and to grow richer with use over time.

From Torvehallerne to Trianglen
Our collaboration with Coffee Collective goes back more than a decade, beginning with their coffee bar at Torvehallerne.
Since then, that first kitchen has been put to work every day - serving as a reminder of what good materials and craftsmanship can withstand when made to be used.
Today, the collaboration continues at Trianglen. A new space and a new kitchen, built on the same shared appreciation for quality, craftsmanship and longevity.
