Hi there,
A team can be full of capable people and still find that work takes too long to reach production. Perhaps ownership is split across teams, interruptions keep reshaping the plan, or a metric rewards finishing tasks while customer work waits in a queue. Each problem looks different inside one organization, and the first proposed fix isn’t always the one that changes the flow.
I’m facilitating a five-week InfoQ Certified High-Performing Teams Program so we can spend time on the connections between those choices. For four hours a week, you’ll work alongside senior engineers and architects from other companies, seeing what they tried, where it helped, and what they would change. I’ll bring my experience across architecture, engineering management, and technology leadership to the discussions. Each week gives you another way to look at a team you know well, including how AI changes the work and what your metrics actually reveal.
You’ll bring that thinking together in a target operating model for an engineering team: who owns what, how work moves, what to measure, and where AI fits. The useful part is being able to explain why you would change one thing before another when you return to work.
The live online cohort starts November 17, meets twice a week for two hours, and costs $1,470.
