How CEOs Set the Tempo

CEOs are judged not only by the strategies they choose but by the pace at which they execute them.

Move too quickly and organizations burn out, make avoidable mistakes, or outrun their capabilities. Move too slowly and companies miss opportunities, lose relevance, or fail to respond to disruption.
