Update to FAQ 204 on licensing approach for designated Iranian banks

OFSI has updated FAQ 204 on how it will assess licence applications involving the designated Iranian banks covered by HM Treasury's licensing guidance.

The FAQ now clarifies for the avoidance of doubt that this policy will be applied to all open licence applications.
