Starting September 29, the U.S. Department of Labor will discontinue its use of GovDelivery, the email service we currently use to send newsletters and updates like this one. The Wage and Hour Division will transition to Adobe Campaign for future email communications.

As part of this transition, there will be a temporary disruption to email distribution services during October. Once the transition to the new platform is complete, you can expect our communications to return with a new look and feel.

This transition may require you to resubscribe to your preferred newsletters. For now, no action is required on your part. We will provide additional information as it becomes available.
