Hi Helena,

Now that registration is open for the Qi Challenge, I wanted to give you a better sense of what these five days will actually be like.

We’re going to keep it pretty simple. We’ll move, breathe, and spend some time practicing what it feels like to let go.

Each day, we’ll spend a little time with the breath and some simple Qi Gong movements. Nothing complicated. Just a chance to slow down, tune in, and notice what happens when you give yourself some room to let go.

You might notice your shoulders dropping. Your breath getting a little easier. Your mind becoming a little quieter.

That’s what I love about Qi Gong. You don’t have to figure everything out in your head. You can simply start moving and breathing, and notice what happens.

And you don’t have to be good at it. There’s no perfect way to do these practices. Just give yourself a few minutes each day and see what you notice.

There will also be optional live practice parties throughout the week at rotating times, so you’ll have a few chances to join me and practice together.

I’m really looking forward to these five days together.

P.S. One of the things I love about Qi Gong is that you can experience it for yourself. You don’t have to take my word for it. Give yourself a few minutes to move and breathe, and see how you feel.
