Governing law and disputes: We’ve updated our Terms to clarify how disputes are resolved. For users outside the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, disputes will be handled in Texas courts under Texas law, and if the court venue in these Terms cannot be used, the dispute will be resolved through arbitration. We’ve also provided specific examples of our corporate affiliates — including X, Cursor, and SpaceX entities — as to which these provisions apply. |

Class action and jury trial waiver: Where permitted by law, we’ve updated our Terms to state that you and SpaceXAI waive the right to a jury trial, and, as in our prior Terms, you and SpaceXAI waive the right to bring or join a class, collective, or other representative action against the other. This applies to all users and, to the extent permitted by law, also covers our corporate affiliates, including X, Cursor, and SpaceX entities. |

User content and agentic actions: We’ve updated our Terms to better reflect that you are responsible for your use of the Service, including Inputs, Outputs, and features that perform autonomous actions on your behalf, as well as made updates to our data retention policies for certain inactive users. |

Additional products and features: The Service may include third-party products and additional SpaceXAI offerings with supplemental terms. Those offerings are part of the Service. |

For recipients of the Service in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland: In addition to the changes described above, disputes will be governed by Irish law and, to the extent permitted by law, brought in the courts of Ireland. The choice of Irish law does not take away protections that cannot be waived under the law of the country where you live. |
