New Jersey Gov. Mikie Sherrill said Friday her embattled second-in-command — Lt. Gov. Dale Caldwell — has resigned amid allegations that he made female members of his staff uncomfortable, and was the subject of a sexual harassment complaint that was substantiated by investigators.
