Hi Bob Novak,

Here is something that surprised me when I first learned it.

Your brain is full of estrogen receptors.

Not just your reproductive system. Your brain. Specifically, your hippocampus, which is the part of your brain responsible for memory, learning, and emotional regulation. It is one of the most estrogen-dense regions in your entire body.

Which means estrogen is not just a reproductive hormone. It is a brain hormone. And when it starts to decline, your brain is often one of the first places you feel it.

The brain fog. The words you cannot find. The anxiety that arrived out of nowhere. The memory that used to be sharp. These are not signs of stress or aging. They are often signs of estrogen.

Here is what the research shows. Estrogen supports the production of acetylcholine, your brain's primary neurotransmitter for memory and focus. When estrogen drops, acetylcholine production drops with it. It also helps regulate serotonin, dopamine, and GABA, the neurotransmitters responsible for mood stability, motivation, and calm. When estrogen is not where it needs to be, none of those systems work the way they should.

This is why so many women in perimenopause and menopause are prescribed antidepressants and anti-anxiety medication when what their brain actually needed was hormonal support. Not because the doctors are wrong about the symptoms. Because they are not looking at the root.

And here is the part that matters most for long-term health: Estrogen is neuroprotective. It helps your brain use glucose for fuel. When estrogen declines and is not properly supported, the brain's ability to metabolize glucose efficiently drops with it. Researchers now believe this energy deficit in the brain, quiet and invisible for years before any symptoms appear, is one of the earliest drivers of cognitive decline we know of. Not just brain fog. Long-term brain health.

On September 30th at 5:00 PM PST, Dr. Sharon Stills and her son Dr. Ben Stills are hosting a fr-ee 90-minute live masterclass called Get Your Estrogen Right. And they are doing something I have not seen anyone do in a webinar format before.

They are pulling up a real 24-hour urine estrogen panel, live, on screen, and walking through exactly what estrogen looks like when it is working for your brain, your body, and your long-term health, versus what it looks like when it is not.
This is the conversation most women have never been offered. And it is fr-ee.

When you register, you will also receive The Estrogen Symptom Decoder immediately. A clinical checklist that maps what you are currently experiencing to what your estrogen may actually be doing. Fill it out before September 30th

September 30th. 5:00 PM PST. Fr-ee. Live. 90 minutes.

Your brain has been trying to tell you something. September 30th is where you finally understand what it is saying.

To your health,

P.S. If you have been told your labs are normal and you still feel foggy, anxious, or not quite like yourself, this webinar is exactly where that explanation lives. Come and find it.
