Dear Veterans,
A recent email sent to Fayetteville VA patients incorrectly suggested changes were being made to scheduling appointments due to privacy policy compliance. There is no new policy. Next-of-kin, caregivers, family members and others with a significant relationship to the individual who are involved in their care may continue to schedule appointments and discuss care with VHA employees when necessary and appropriate.
