Flu Vaccines Now Available |

Flu vaccines are now available to eligible Veterans at all VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System locations. No appointment needed, just stop in.

A dedicated Flu Vaccine Clinic is open in Primary Care, Station 1-5.
Monday - Friday | 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Walk in for a quick and easy vaccination to stay healthy this season.

Buddy Check Week

A simple check‑in can make a meaningful difference.
Buddy Check Week encourages all of us to reach out to a Veteran, friend, family member, coworker, or neighbor. You don’t need to wait for a crisis, and you don’t need to have all the answers, sometimes a short conversation, a listening ear, or helping someone connect with support is enough to remind them they’re not alone.
Connecting with someone who understands a Veteran’s experiences can make it easier for them to talk about challenges and seek help when needed. But everyone has a role to play in supporting the well‑being of those around us.
How You Can Participate

Check in with at least one Veteran you know.

Listen with empathy, sometimes just being present matters most.

Share resources if someone needs support.

Encourage training so more people can recognize signs of distress and offer helpful guidance.
Check in. Reach out. Be there. A few minutes can change a life.
