Thanks for asking about the project timeline. I think we moved the internal review to next Wednesday. I had a quick look at the draft this morning and added a couple of notes about the intro slide. Nothing major, just a few word choices. The rest of the deck feels fine to me. I know Priya wanted to include an extra section about next quarter, but I think it might be too much for this audience. Maybe we can keep that part in the appendix and see if anyone asks about it during the Q&A. We should also verify the room booking for the walkthrough later this week. I heard the main conference room got double booked, so check with the front desk before sending calendar invites. Oh, and I left a printed version on your chair because you mentioned you like marking up paper copies. The page count is a bit longer than we estimated, but I trimmed a few bullet points. Call me later if you want to go over anything before lunch. See you at standup tomorrow.
I also sent you the updated participant list for the workshop. We have about eighteen people now, which means the smaller breakout room might be too tight. I asked if we could use the collab space instead since it has better whiteboard setup. Should be fine as long as nobody else booked it that afternoon. Let me know if you hear otherwise. Otherwise I will assume we are good to go. Also, the training guide you sent over last month was helpful, so thanks for that. I have a few follow-up questions about step four, but no rush. We can chat when you have a minute.

I just checked the file you sent earlier. It opened without any trouble on my end. I think the formatting looks better in the latest version, especially the section with the numbered steps. Those are much easier to follow now. I only had a small suggestion about switching the order of two points in the middle, but it is not urgent. The team was asking whether we should keep the introduction as is or shorten it. I said I was fine either way, but maybe lean toward keeping it shorter. We can decide during our next call. Also, I left a sticky note on the shared board with the time for Thursday's review. If that time does not work, let me know and I can shift things around. I have a meeting in the afternoon but the morning is open. No need to bring anything special; I will have the updated notes ready. By the way, the lunch place near the office changed their menu again, so the usual order might not be available. I was thinking of trying the new wraps instead. Let me know if you want me to pick something up. We can sort out the final details before the end of the week.
