Hey, so I was thinking about the stuff we talked about last week regarding the new schedule and how the room changed entirely once we moved the table toward the window. Honestly it makes the morning light so much better for working. I remember you mentioned wanting to switch up the layout and I was skeptical at first because the old spot felt familiar, but now I'm totally on board. We should probably do the same thing with the corner near the bookshelf because that area still feels a little crowded whenever more than two people are over. Also, did you ever decide what to do with the extra lamp? I thought maybe it could go next to the entrance where the power outlet is almost impossible to reach unless we use that short extension cord. I think moving it there would balance the lighting nicely, especially later in the day when the sun starts dropping behind the buildings. Anyway, let me know what you think and we can figure out a good day to shift things around without making a huge mess. It should not take too long if we start after lunch and clear the smaller items first. Hope the rest of your day goes smoothly and that the noisy construction next door finally calms down.

I totally forgot to tell you what happened with the online order from that place we both like. It arrived a day earlier than expected and the packaging was completely different this time, much sturdier than before. I was worried the contents would shift during transit but everything was tightly wrapped and nothing looked crushed. The extra padding they used made a huge difference. I think they changed their fulfillment process or maybe switched suppliers because the outer box had a different logo on the side. Anyway, I set the small items aside on the counter near the microwave so you can check them out whenever you stop by. There is also a note tucked inside with some instructions about the second part of the shipment, which they claim will arrive separately in a few days. I have no idea why they split it into two packages, but at least the tracking updated automatically. If you want, I can send you a quick photo of the note so you can see what it says before making any decisions. Just remind me later tonight and I will grab it. Otherwise, everything else here has been pretty quiet. The plants on the balcony survived the windstorm from yesterday, though one pot tipped over but did not break. I swept up the dirt and put it back.
