Yeah I finally got around to watching that series everyone keeps bringing up at lunch. It was better than I expected honestly. The middle section dragged a little but the ending made up for it. Now I need something shorter to watch next week.
I was thinking maybe a documentary or one of those limited things with six episodes. Nothing too heavy since work has been busy. Let me know if you saw anything good lately.
Also I tested that new recipe with the mushrooms and thyme. It turned out surprisingly well for a first attempt. I think I used a little too much salt but otherwise pretty solid. Next time I will reduce the broth a bit more.
