I was going over my schedule for next week and trying to pick a time for the meeting. Tuesday and Thursday are both fairly open right now. I have a doctor's appointment Wednesday at 9, so Wednesday morning is out. I told Dana I would help her move some boxes Thursday after 1, so that limits that day too. I think Tuesday at 11 would work best. We can use the small room by the front desk again since it was empty last time. I need to confirm with Sam before I send the invite. I will check my calendar tonight and write down the time so I do not forget. If Sam cannot make Tuesday, I will look at Friday afternoon instead. Right now I am leaning toward Tuesday at 11 and I will send a note tomorrow morning.

I checked the schedule again today. Our Tuesday meeting has been at nine in the morning for a few months now. Two people have asked if we can move it later in the day. One person has a regular morning appointment now, and the other changed jobs and finishes at five.
I compared the available times on Wednesday. Most people can still do mornings, but not all of them. Afternoon looks better overall. I counted the responses, and three in the afternoon had the fewest conflicts. That time also lets the two people with morning issues attend without trouble.
So I am suggesting we move the meeting from nine in the morning to three in the afternoon, still on Tuesdays. Same day, same length, just a later start. I will send one more note this afternoon to confirm. If nobody objects before Friday, we will use the new time starting next week. I plan to update the calendar on Friday evening. That gives everyone the weekend to adjust. I do not expect any other changes after that.
