Okay so I was thinking about how we usually handle the quarterly inventory review and honestly I think we should start grouping the dry storage counts by shelf zone rather than going aisle by aisle because last time we ended up double counting the rice and the pasta situation got completely tangled up with the bulk grains.
When you have a moment can you check whether the clipboard sheets from March are still in the file cabinet by the loading dock door? I remember printing two extra copies but I might have left them on top of the produce cooler when I went to help unload the delivery truck that afternoon.
Also I wanted to mention that the walk in freezer has been holding temperature really well since we replaced the door seal and I think the thermostat reading we took around two thirty yesterday looked steady. If you are doing the morning check tomorrow maybe grab a reading before the first delivery arrives so we can compare notes.
Let me know if you want to split the beverage section into cans bottles and cartons this time because I think that will make the spreadsheet easier to read when we present it on Thursday.

Every cut in your box is hand-selected by our butchers and flash-frozen to preserve the natural flavor and texture. The standard retail value for a set like this typically exceeds six hundred dollars, but those who receive this notice are covered by the program and will not be billed for the sampler.
We keep the process simple and straightforward. The allocation is limited to five hundred boxes total, and quantities are determined by program availability.

So regarding the community garden plot rotation for next season, I think we should move the tomatoes to the south facing beds because they seemed to struggle with afternoon shade last year when the oak trees leafed out early.
The basil did really well near the rosemary though and I think the marigolds helped keep the aphids away from the pepper row more than we expected. If you still have the seed packets from the spring order you could bring them to the next planning meeting so we can figure out what to start indoors in late February.
I was also thinking about adding a couple of zucchini plants near the compost corner but the ground there gets really compacted after rain and we might want to mix in some straw or leaf mulch before planting anything.
Do you know if anyone has extra tomato cages or bamboo stakes in the shed? I saw a few leaning against the back wall but some of them looked bent from last year wind storms.
