Yeah I finally got around to swapping out the old air filter in the car this afternoon. Took longer than I expected because
one of the clips was stuck, but a little wiggling did the trick. The engine sounds a touch quieter now.
I think next weekend I'll tackle the wiper blades and maybe touch up the faded trim. It felt good to cross that off the list.
Hey, you asked about that new recipe I tried the other night. Honestly, it turned out pretty well, though I'd add a bit more garlic next time. The texture was right, not too dry, and the herbs really came through. I wrote down a few tweaks on a sticky note so I don't forget when I make it again next week.

I just got back from the garden center and picked up a few small pots for the kitchen windowsill. Nothing fancy, just some basic terracotta that I can move around easily. I'm thinking of starting some basil and maybe a bit of parsley. The oregano last year got a little out of control, so I might keep things more contained this time around.
Have you ever had a day where everything lines up just right? Mine started with coffee outside before the sun got too hot, and then I found a perfect parking spot on the first pass. I also remembered to bring the library books back before the due date. Those little wins don't happen every day, so I'll take them.
