I called the conference room coordinator again today about our booking for Thursday. The room we had before, 204, is already taken for that afternoon. I asked about 208, which is the smaller one near the kitchen. That one is free from 1 PM to 3 PM. I put our name down for it as a hold until tomorrow morning. If nothing changes, I will send everyone a calendar invite tonight. I also checked the projector in 208 last week. It works, but the HDMI cable is short. I will bring the longer one from my desk.

I checked my calendar for next week and the only open slot I have is Thursday afternoon. Monday and Tuesday are full because of the quarterly review, and Wednesday I have a dentist appointment at 2 PM. I was thinking we could schedule the meeting for Thursday at 1:30 PM. That gives me time to finish lunch and still be back at my desk for the afternoon. Last time we met on a Friday, but several people said that was hard because they were wrapping up projects. I already sent a quick note to Sam to see if Thursday works on his end. He usually prefers mornings, so I said I could also do 10 AM Thursday if that is easier for him and the rest of the group. Once he replies I will confirm a time with everyone by tomorrow afternoon. I can adjust it if needed, but I want to get it locked in before the end of this week.
