If I had to go back and lose 50 pounds again, I would do things differently.
More carbs. Less cardio. Better lifting.
But if I could only tell myself ONE thing, it would be this:
It's supposed to feel hard.
There will be days you wonder why progress is so slow
There will be times you wish you weren't hungry
There will be workouts you don't want to do
That's all a part of the game. It's why most people never get in shape.
You must be this tall to ride.
The sooner you do those hard things, the better.
The sooner you stop fighting back against them, the better.
That's how you see progress that 95% of people don't see.
Just because it's hard doesn't mean you're doing it wrong.
You're capable.

btw: I would have saved a LOT of time and headache on my journey to getting visible abs for the first time if I saw this video
