I moved some things around and can make next Tuesday work. I was checking my calendar earlier today, and Thursday is completely full for me. I have a dentist appointment that morning and a work call right after lunch. So Tuesday is better. I figured we could start at 2:30 PM, since that gives me time to finish an errand in the morning. I also checked with Mark yesterday, and he said Tuesday afternoon is fine for him too. If that holds, I can send a quick note to everyone on Friday. I do not want to leave it for Monday because people need a little notice. I am not trying to rush it, but I would rather lock in Tuesday at 2:30 now instead of waiting and then having to pick another day.

I met with my supervisor this morning at 9. We went over the schedule for next month, and she said the Tuesday slot is no longer available. I looked at my own calendar after the meeting and saw that Thursday works for me. I sent her a note suggesting we move our weekly check-in to Thursday at 2 PM. I am waiting to hear back, but I think that will be the new time.
