Okay so for the team lunch next Thursday, I checked with Ray and he said the little Italian place on Mercer is actually open again for dine-in. They have that back room with the long table, which would be great since we are probably going to have around fourteen people. I think we should aim for 12:30 so the morning folks can wrap up their calls. Sarah mentioned she is vegetarian now so we need to make sure there are at least two good options that are not just a plain salad. Maybe we can ask them to do a family style pasta and a roasted vegetable platter. I will call tomorrow morning to see about reserving that room. Also, since it is supposed to rain, everyone should probably just park in the garage on Third Street. It is only a few blocks away and the walk is not terrible. Let me know if anyone has a conflict with that day.

So about the block party on Saturday, I was thinking we could set up the folding tables near the big oak tree so people have some shade while they eat. We need to borrow two coolers from someone because I only have one and the drinks get warm fast. I already bought the burger patties and the buns, but I forgot to pick up sliced onions and pickles. Can you grab those on your way over? Also, my neighbor is bringing her cornhole set and someone should check if we are allowed to block off the street since it is a dead end. I think we can, but the association said we should double check by Friday. If the weather turns bad we can move into the garage and still fit about twenty people. I will send a group text in the morning with the final plan.
