So I checked with the rental office earlier and they said the community room is open on the third Saturday from nine to noon if we want to use it for the seed swap. I think that gives us enough time to set up two long tables and one folding table for the seed display. Marcus is bringing the small envelopes and a couple of label sheets. We should probably decide who will handle the check in sheet. I can print it at work if you send me the list of families attending.
