Thanks for sending over the photos from your trip. I finally got a chance to look at them this morning while I was waiting for the coffee to brew. The one with the old stone bridge is really great, especially the way the light hits the water.

I also liked the picture of the little bakery. It made me want to find a good recipe for those flatbreads. I'm not sure I have the right kind of yeast, but it might be worth trying anyway. Maybe I'll ask around and see if anyone has a starter I could borrow.
