I also talked with Dana and she said she can grab paper plates and utensils on her way over, so we won't need to worry about washing dishes after everyone eats. My plan is to leave the house around nine thirty so I can get the outdoor tables wiped down before anyone arrives. If you get there first, just pick a spot near the big oak tree where there is some shade in the afternoon. I think we should do burgers and veggie skewers since everyone has been asking about those. I got the schedule for next week and there is a team working session Tuesday morning that is going to run until about noon. They asked us to bring our own laptops and maybe one printed copy of the updated site map. I don't think we need to print the entire deck, just the pages that show the new navigation and the revised footer. If you want to meet beforehand around eight thirty, I can grab us coffee at the place near the park before we head upstairs. My calendar says the room is on the fourth floor but I should double check because the invite had two different locations listed at one point. I will send you a note once I confirm. Also bring the key card because the elevator requires it after nine. If you end up driving, the garage on Grove Street is cheaper than the one next to the building. I can bring lunch after if the session runs long, maybe something from the deli on Fifth.
