On my lunch break I finally got around to reading that thread about the best way to keep bread fresh
without it drying out. My neighbor swears by wrapping it in a clean dish towel and putting it in
the crisper drawer, but honestly I just keep the bag clipped and it's fine for a few days. I don't
bake often enough to worry about it much, but if I ever do a big batch I'll try the drawer method.
Anyway, thanks again for the tip about the library parking lot being closed on Thursday mornings.
