Hey, I got your message about the team meeting notes. I mostly skimmed them this morning because I had a ton of stuff going on, but I did catch the part about the new scheduling tool rollout. I think that might actually help if people use it consistently. Last week my calendar was a mess, and I double-booked twice. Anyway, I'll send you my edits by the end of today. I was also thinking we should maybe move the standing check-in earlier in the day before things get chaotic, but I know not everyone is a morning person. Let me know what you think when you have a second. No rush at all. I'll be around most of the afternoon if you want to talk through any of it in person or over a quick call. Thanks for pulling everything together and keeping us on track. I know it is extra work, but it makes a difference. Talk soon and have a good rest of the week.

I finally got around to tidying the storage area under the stairs yesterday. It took way longer than I expected, mostly because I kept finding old boxes of books and random cords I forgot I had. I ended up making three piles: one for donation, one for recycling, and one to keep. The keep pile is still bigger than it should be, but at least it is organized now. My neighbor stopped by while I was working and asked if I wanted to trade some garden tools, which was kind of nice. I told him I would think about it after I finish pruning the hedges. The weather has been holding up pretty well for that kind of work. Anyway, I felt much better after clearing everything out. It is funny how a little bit of order makes the rest of the house feel calmer. Let me know if you ever want to come over and see the new setup. I can make some tea and we can sit outside for a while if it is nice out. No pressure either way.
