Regarding the venue change for Saturday, I wanted to share what I found after looking into a few places nearby. The community hall on Maple Street is available all day and has enough room for everyone, plus they include tables and chairs in the reservation. Another option is the back patio at the Garden Café, but they only seat about twenty people comfortably. With our group size, the hall seems like the better route. I called the manager this morning and she can hold it for us until Friday without a deposit. The only downside is we would need to handle cleanup ourselves, which is pretty straightforward if we assign a couple of people to take care of it.
