Yeah so about the team lunch next Thursday. I checked the schedule and the bistro on Fifth has that side room with the long table, which would work well for around twelve people. Parking is easier on that side of the street after ten. The menu is mostly salads and sandwiches but they do have a few warm plates that are solid. I would say we should email everyone by Tuesday morning so we can get a firm headcount. If a couple people can not make it, that is fine, we just need numbers for the reservation. I can call them tomorrow and see if they need a small deposit for a group our size. Usually they do not, but better to ask. Also, remind everyone it is casual, no need to dress up. If the weather turns, we can still walk over together since it is only two blocks from the office.

Hey I looked over the floor plan you sent for the apartment. The kitchen is a bit smaller than we thought, but the counter space along the wall helps. The window in the main room faces east, which means morning light, and that is usually fine for plants but can get warm in summer. The building manager said the heat is included but the air conditioning is a wall unit only in the living room. We can probably cool the bedroom with a fan if needed. The move in date they gave us is the second Saturday of the month. I think we should ask if we can get the keys the day before to drop off boxes. Usually they want you to start on the first of the month, but a one day exception is common if you ask early. I will draft a short message to the leasing office and you can look it over before I send it. Also, that corner space by the entry might fit a bench with shoe storage. Not sure yet.
